There is now the facility for patients to book and cancel appointments and order repeat prescriptions via this website. The appointment booking service is currently only available for routine Physio assessment appointments.
This is protected by the highest security and cannot be accessed by others providing you keep your registration details secure.
To be able to access this facility you will need to have an individual access and ID code.
To register for online services please contact the surgery in the first instance to allow your registration form to be issued for collection. Please note that proof of ID and an e-mail address are required to be able to set up an account.
All new patients registering with us will be asked if they would like a logon and password.
